About this site

I’m based near Nottingham, United Kingdom. I spend as much time outside as I can, to help me destress from the pressure of being a director of a telecoms company. More often than not, that’s walking locally or exploring the Peak District, usually with my border terrier (and my partner) keeping me on my toes.

I also love getting out on the water - whether that be in my kayak, or on a paddleboard. I paddle in a variety of locations, but usually the local rivers, canals, and even out at sea occasionally.

This blog is a record of those adventures walks, paddles, and the little moments I notice along the way. It’s mostly about getting outside, enjoying the surroundings, and sharing photos and stories from wherever I happen to be. Photo prints are available in my store, here.
